intune wont connect to computer

i plug my intune into my laptop as directed because of a pcm calibration update?... intune wont connect to laptop, asks for a cd for software. frustrated.

there is no cd required, what is the exact message?
do you get any auto run prompts?

im havin same problem i do update the i try tune in the car but says i need pcm calibration update and my computer wont could not upload hardwear to my pc for it to work help plz

please post the info.xml file please from the intune drive.
