06 mustang tune advice

I have a C17140 tuner with v9r03 that has several tunes available and would like to know which would be best to run. My car is a 2006 mustang GT with an automatic trans and a C&L racer intake. I always use 91 octane fuel. Out of this list which should I use:

87 oct street kit
91 oct street kit
93 oct street kit
racer kit
auto transmission
racer kit trans
modify stock
c&l 87 octracer kit perf
c&l 91 oct racer kit perf
c&l 91 oct transracer
c&l trans perf kit 91 oct

What is the difference between the 2? I don't recall which I had in before but the shifting had a delay in the 1-2and a snappy 2-3, felt almost like shifting a manual trans. Thanks.

the one that says trans is the firm shift version of the tune....
