I wanted to change the program on my 2001 Ford Excursion 7.3L from the economy tune of 65HP to the new standard economy tune of 85HP to see if there would be an improvement in fuel mileage. When I tried to change the tune it started trying to save the stock tune as if I didn't already have a tune installed and then errored out because the stock tune is already saved.

My predator has become confused, at one point it doesn't think there is a tune installed and at another point it thinks there is and I'm stuck. I noticed a feature to force a stock tune but says it's only for a dealer. Can I reset this thing or force the stock tune and then install the 85HP tune?

please give us a call with the tool powered up so we can force the stock tune to the truck.
