calid: 68041670AA not supported

I have a 2012 chrysler 300c SRT8 6.4....did the update on the Trinity and checked the car then back to check for more updates after mating the trinity with the car......but no luck...it said something like my calid: 68041670AA is not supported
Can u please help? or maybe send it to my message box?

go to diablosport.com/dcx I had the same thing.

as the other user has stated You need to do a calibration update.
go to diablosport.com under downloads look for the trinity (t1000) and you need dsdownloader to continue.

Done that already many times, still my calid is not supported
....the trinity is updated with 1ro9 but my calid is not supported

there was a server issue, it is fixed now.
