PCM error unlock for reflash (-34)

Hi, tried to connect my Trinity to my 2011 RAM 5.7l and after updating the calid :68057110AF I got the above error. Any ideas what I need next?

Call Tech Support and they'll walk you through. I've seen that error before, don't remember what it was for.

So the tool prompted you to do a calibration update? That went through fine? When did it give you the error?

The cal update went fine so I tried to load the 87 octane tune and that's when the error happened. Went back to my laptop and the downloader was still on the update button so I reloaded. Went back out to the truck and tried again with the same error again.

Well, I don't seem to know what "key on" looks like, must be the bifocals. Anyway, it's all good now and I've flashed the 87 octane tune. Sorry for my confusion.

Hi, Im BRAND NEW to Diablosport T 1000s and tuning in general. I just got my tuner this morning and when I went to connect to my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6L, I got the same error mentioned here.

I called into Diablosport in a bit of a panic because everyone made it look so easy online. The rep I spoke to was very nice and walked me thru everything I needed.

My issue was during the reading of my stock tune, I had to open the driver side front door. For some reason THAT allowed everything else to function as expected. I was able to get my stock tune downloaded, and the Diablo 93 octane tune installed during the call.

Just wanted to share this since it was a strange fix.
