Please help!!! Truck won't start after using 4x4

This is the third time I have gone to get in the truck only to have no fire. First time I jumped starter and the computer wouldn't let truck start, just cranked. I uninstalled the 87 tune and then it started. second time I tried that and didn't work, so undid battery for 15 mins, then re-installed 87 and then truck would start. Now I can't get it to start no matter what I do. Starter does not turn at all, battery is a one year old red top, relay in fuse box clicks every time I turn ignition. I have 12v at starter from battery. I have the predator U7198. any help is appreciated.

the tuen cant cause random no starts, sounds like a possible BCM or VATS issue.
