Doesn't appear to have TCM support in my trinity and could use some help.

Are you using the latest software update?

Yes. I just downloaded it to the tool tonight.

it should save a copy of the stock tcm tune so you can send it to us...

you renamed the file, is it a TCM or PCM tune?

To my knowledge it was both. On the tool it called it Original (PCM/TCM) backup. It didn't have a separate TCM file.

they are separate files, one called PCM_xxxxx and one called TCM_xxxxx

no, it did not save a TCM original backup file... only the PCM file....

latest.. just did updates last night when I was workin with him...

had him update to 2.2.2.6 dsdownloader, restore his backup, connect trinity, fire up DSD, and it updated trinity

Okay, finally figured it out. Apparently the tool didn't download all of the updates last night.

When I updated it last night it had 4 updates. When it was finished I figured that was it.

Tonight I took Lew's advice and reinstalled the original tune then I plugged the tool back in to see if it would find anymore updates. To my surprise it did and began downloading.

After that I took it out to the truck and now had the TCM options. Sent Lew the PCM and TCM files so we should be all good now.

Hmm, wonder if this is my problem as well, talking with Mikel on the phone and Vas on email, emailed my backup tune to Vas - he said it does not have my TCM file, saved it as PCM/TCM like this one - my tool is updated.

My main problem is the backup error so i can't return it to stock to update again and see if there are pending updates even though my tool says its up to date, would make sense to me.

Hope to get it straightened out soon)
