My bad, I didnt realize we were talking i1000 here. You d be much better off with a current device.
This i1 needs an update, and if it doesnt work from there, a new i2/i3 would be the answer.

Hey Mike, when I try to update I get this message (attached file). I have downloaded and added the registration file to the intune drive that shows up when the tuner is plugged into the PC.
