Trinity doesn't prompt for transmission select

Hi. New user.
Just got my Trinity and right out of the box it has never prompted me to select transmission. As a result I think it is defaulting to AUTO since I can't find any options for CAGS.
Anybody seen this? Anybody know how to force it to prompt for Transmission selection again? I've updated to the latest patches, and tried restoring the Original Backup to reset the Trinity but it still won't ask for transmission type.
Any help would be appreciated.

Same question - The "Options" button only allows me to change tire size and one other thing.
Transmission selection is NOT one of the options available. Why is that?

cags is disabled in the tune, you're not missing anything
