Returned my truck back to stock, cleared codes, seems to drive fine. I hope whatever it was, was temporary and not permanent damage.

CEL - P0016 - Crankshaft Position
'11 Ram Hemi, 87 octane tune.........got a check engine light tonight. P0016 - Crankshaft Position. It forced my truck into a safe mode i guess. It would drive OK, but it was like it was in a limp mode. It would drive fine if you drove normally, but mat the gas pedal and it felt dead. Manually downshift and it would kick down but rev limiter kicked in at about 3k RPMs.

And got the same light again this morning even after returning it to stock. Cleared the code and drove it to work.....seemed to drive fine.

Crank re-learn was exactly what it needed.
Now, you'll never convince me that the trinity wasn't to blame for this. I can't explain it, but logic points to the most recent change.
Truck drove great before I got the Trinity. After tuning it, it pinged like a popcorn machine. Returned it to stock and got all kinds of check engine lights and limp mode.
I guess I was one of the lucky ones.....at least I was able to drive it to the dealership, albeit in limp mode.
