Trinity upgrade

I have bought recently a new Trinity after DiabloSport release that the tune for RAM 2011 was out.
My unit serial number is 6K1PD0F and I am having a hard time to upgrade the unit to have the latest vehicles, has the RAM 2011 is not showing on the list of vehicles.

My Car is a RAM 2011 Laramie with the 5.7L Hemi 4x4

I have sucessfully registered the trinity and downloaded from the website the "trinity-1r09.crom" and "trinity_dcx_gas-1r09d_update.crom" updates with the hope that this would have the tune for the 2011 RAM, but I can not find a way to uploade the files from my PC to the Trinity using the DSDownloader version 2.2.2.6.

I have attached a picture of the message I get when trying to click on the "update" button as well as the informaiton from my tool.

Also when I try to use the option "Send Tune file to Tool" it doesn´t have the option to have upload files with the extention CROM.

My Tool informaiton is:
Auto Connect is ENABLED.
Legacy Connect is DISABLED.

if you loaded 1r09d, select 2010 ram for now, let it reboot, then you'll be able to pick 2011.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Can you provide guidence, how do I upload the 1r09d CROM file to the Trinity?

I have the file on my computer has I have already downloaded from the website, but not sure how to uploaded to the device.

click update tool on the dsdl, and select the 1r09 file to send to the tool.

Weh I try to do a force update it provides the following key 06B9 4A19 5230 1791 F8FD and requires a password from Diablosport to allow for the update

Are you running the latest version of DSDL? No backup on the tuner? Just plug in the Trinity and open DSDL. It will update itself.

you have to restore the stock tune prior to updating the device.

I have never plug the unit to the car, so there is no factory tune to be restored, as I received the unit today, unboxed it, and plugged into the computer for an update before connecting to the truck.

it is in demo...

go to performance, select original backup, and let it pretend to restore, then update the tool

OK... but have another problem... I click on Performance on the Trinity, agree to the disclaimer, and then I get the following: Custom Tune Problem: Bad calid (2)
dsdl version 2.2.2.6
Please use "option"-» "custom tune" to load or erase the custom tune.

I click on Continue and I get Custom Tune error.

At no stage it gives me the option that you described below.

OK, got it out of Demo and into the 2010 RAM tune, but I get a message that " Tool is holding an Original BAckup, it belongs to "Trinity Demo CROM". It must be restored to that vehicle, before tuning another vehicle is possible"

OK, Finaly got it to do the update on the trinity_dcx_gas-1r09d_update.crom

Changed the vehicle back to DEMO and then the option to restore the last backup was enabled, the unit reset itself and then I was able to choose RAM 2010, and then I was able to use the DSDL to update he file.
Go the message "update applied"
