Has anyone tried the e update on the 6.4l hemi? I have a 12 300srt8 with the C version in. I am afraid to update to the E version not knowing what was fixed and if anyone is still having problems. I am still scared to turn it back to stock to do the update.

How are you loading the E tune. Are you re loading the original tune and than loading the E tune or are you just loading the E tune to your car and overriding the previous tune?

You always have to return the car to stock tune first and make sure You take the button out and use the key fob to cycle on and off. I have never had a problem loading a tune. I can be brave because I have a B&G tuned CPU to put in if had to.

i decided im just gonna sell my trinity and keep the car stock for now.
maybe a year from now i will buy another one.
i will take my FIC controller over handheld tuning any day. rewriting an entire tune for small adjustments is just ridiculous. and having to cross my fingers and toes that i will have a running car with no problems after hitting the write button is just as ridiculous.
sorry guys, im out on this one for now.
