Ok Diablo. I think I am in the majority when I say, I think you owe it to all the people you know who bought a Trinity in anticipation of 2012 RAM tuning, to give us a time frame. There are a lot of rumors and more than anything we want to know when we can expect to be able to use our $600 devices. Please don't take this as an attack, just a chance to clear the air, for better or worse.

Theres nobody working who can tell you anything. Mike is at PRI this weekend, not in the office.


And FYI, they don't owe you anything. You chose to buy the tuner before your year was supported, thats on you.

I don't recall asking you anything. And yes, we do deserve a time frame. We are still customers whether we have tunes or not.

DiabloSport doesn't give timelines. Its been that way for years. When they did and couldn't meet them people whined like little bitches. Thats when they stopped.

Didn't ask for a timeline, I asked for a time frame. And they can very well say no, but as you stated the beauty of an open forum is me being able to ask whatever, whenever.

I was just pointing out that a timeline was indeed asked for. Well, technically "deserved" but then timeline was edited to "time frame" in the original post.

Like I said, Mike the Tech manager is at the PRI show in Orlando this weekend and isn't on the forum. I'm assuming he'll be back Monday.
