no power to handheld

Predator handheld wont power up when plugged into my vehicle. Any thoughts why this might be happening?
check your cig. lighter and aux power fuses... cuz that's where the obd port gets its power from, so if a fuse is blown, there will be no power to your obd port.
you can also check it in any other vehicle - plug it in to another vehicle's obd power and see if it powers up... if it does, then it's a fuse issue with your car... if it does not, then it's an issue with the predator itself and you'll need to contact tech support monday...
