invalid calibration update file (1)

Using u7135 on 9r12 (Mike suggested) and it gives me a invalid calibration update file (1) when getting past the terms of use etc. Any ideas?

Now its giving me a "this vehicle needs a update..." ...

sounds like there is already a cal update file onthe tool?

if you connect to dsdl now, does it still offer the calibration updater button?
if so, click it and try again in the vehicle.
