need help.... mopar tcm and predator issues

i recently bought a new mopar tcm for my 05 magnum. the mopar part number is p5153332. it is the only part number available for my car. i found out that it needed the mopar upgraded ecm which is nolonger available. so i looked up the tcm on the mopar performance website and they show theres a part number P5155225 but it isnt available either. it looks like got a tcm that i cant use supposedly. my question is can the predator i have (u7135) work with this tcm? ive tried it with factory tune and all it does isshift to 3rd gear and then wont auto stick up or down and it wont down shift to first gear when i stop. it only goes to first gear when i shift outta drive. i alspo tried it with the predator tunes but no luck, do i need a custom tune for this tcm to work or is there a couple of settings i need to set in the predator to make it work with what tunes are on the predator.
