Predator U7191

Hi, I have quick question I am currently in the process of buying the U7191(discontuniued) for my 2005 Pontiac GTO. I just wanted to know if ill have any problems installing this on my vehicle. The tune has been fully removed from the previous owners car. What will I need to successfully install this on my car would I need to update the predator online or is it just plug in n play. Any info is appreciated
