U7146 for 2004 Mustang V6

Any word yet when Diablo will post the revision update for the U7146 to fix the CALID problem with the 04 Mustang V6.

I was told in December that they will be posting it early 2007, but nothing as of yet.

I have had this Programmer since 2004 and have not been able to use it.[/b]

My vehicle and Predator Info:

2004 Mustang V6 - 40th Anv Ed

Predator U7146 with Revision 7r50d

Predator says gives a CALID problem. I was told 2 years ago that the 2004 V6 uses a longer CALID than the others and that Diablo was working on a revision to fix this. That was 2 years ago. I was told in December that a new revision was comming out sometime in Feb 07. So far nothing. SO....Whats up?

we are in the process of updating most of our Ford Predators currently.
We will be adding support for the 04 V6 cars in the next revision.

This is the same answer I have been getting since day one! Diablo is ALWAYS working on a new revision. It has been 2 years now.

When is Diablo going to fix the current products instead of making new ones. Over $400 for this thing and I still cant use it. And you still list the 2004 Mustang V6 as using the U7146 in your Products page. How about removing it until you fix it, so that others dont waste their money buying it, just to get utterly disappointed.

I own several vehicles for which I always use Diablo (2000 Silverado, 2000 Expedition, 2005 Mustang GT, and the 2004 Mustang V6) however with the service I have had on this problem, I am reluctant to continue using Diablo on my cars.[/b]

same case here anhoard...i checked it from their web site bought the product as i live in dubai i paid extra for importing it and when i tried it didnt work i have it for a very long time and the only use it has is to check errors..i see updates for almost all the products but nothing for 04 V6 (U7146) if they wouldnt have misquoted on their website that it will work on my car i would have never bought it as SVT supports my model ;( anyways now that we have invested lets hope that in another few years they come up with the tune or we find someone else to sell either the car or predator and make fool of them..lets keep hoping for some good news..
