Vehicle not supported

I have an '06 Chevy Suburban 2500 with 6.0l. I have updated the intune. When I try to connect to vehicle, it says this vehicle is not supported. My '03 2500HD 6.0l connected fine. I did restore vehicle on the '03 first before trying the '06. What is different between years?

it could be a newer calibration, or a really old one that we never saw, please post the info.xml file from the tool so we can get it added.

Ok thanks. Any word on when multiple vehicle licenses will be available? It would be great to tune both vehicles at same time.

Is ther a difference in the DCX tuner and the original Intune.
If so can you elaborate??

yes, I1000 supports all the current applications listed on our site, I1000 DCX supports 11+ Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram applications.
