Are there going to be CAI tunes for my truck? Only reason i ask is cause i cannot put an intake on my truck without running lean cause it has a MAF....Thank You

Technically you could put it on and get me some long and short term fuel trim info at running temp and I'll scale it for you. The answer to your question though is no, not in the immediate future.

So if i get an intake and data log some PIDs , you can make me an email tune? Also could you make me tunes for 87 octane to boost my mpg with an intake or no?

Yeah I can. We normally dont but sure I will. I make no guarantees with mpg.
