More info on throttle booster

I own the i-1000 and i' m not exactly sure what the throttle booster is and what i gain from it. What do you recommend for percentage? Will i hurt anything going up to 20%? Faster 0-60 times going up to 20%? Please respond i want more clarification. Thanks

i think it just gives better throttle response when you put it to the floor it will go to 100 percent throtlle where stock tunes open gradually
