What's new in the dcx gas g crom?

Nothing I can see. I just installed it and noticed no new menu items and it doesn't feel any different. And more importantly...it didn't brick my car.

Would be nice to know.

Added support for 2011-2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango 5.7L and 2012 Jeep Wrangler 3.6L. Also fixed the way tune loads while making adjustments on Mopar cars.

How about the ability to disable traction control,with the f file it wouldnt let me.

Can this be explained in a little more detail.. ?
You saying I will be able to adjust parameters to tune thru main Menu instead of going thru Quick Adjust (for example Shift Pts)

I'm very interested in the Traction Control Disable. I thought I read there were issues, so I've still stayed away from it even with F. Curious if anyone's done that with no ill effect.

Whoa... wait a minute. Now its updating to H. Didn't realize that was out. What's THAT one do. lol

So, my tuner is now using 1r09g, just updated. I was watching the progress on the DS Downloader and saw it doing G, which is when I came to the forums to find out what G was all about. I typed my post to Bullish.... and as I was about to submit it, I looked back at the downloader cuz I could tell the tuner wasn't done updating yet. It was downloading an 'H' file. Oh, thought I, there's already an H. So I re-selected my vehicle when it was done and it does show G, not H.

What's current? G or H, and what was the H file for if its really only going to show me G?

Sorry it has taken me FOREVER to reply... lol

I am still on E.. I haven't done nothing yet..
I am waiting for my 180 T-Stat to come in. Once I get that installed then I will upload the latest and greatest tune, G, H, Q, Y, Z Which ever one is available. Then I will adjust my fans as well. Also I might be getting a CUSTOM Tune on Feb 18 while I am down in Tampa Fl.

I finally loaded the G file last night. It went smoothly, no issues. I did all modifications to the tune while loading the performance tune. Did not have to do Quick Adjust separately.

Loaded: 93 oct Perf tune + Modify
Shift Firmness add
10% Throttle Booster
5% add @ WOT Fuel across all RPMs
Disable MDS
Speed Limiter raised

This was my first time deleting MDS and I really like the end result when cruising around town. Runs a lot smoother and power comes on quicker.
