2001 f-250 shift points

Is it possible to adjust the factory shift points on the power stroke automatic? If so, do any of your products support user modifiable shift points? I am specifically interested in droping the overdrive shift point (it's now 45 mph) to a lower value. The increase in mileage in around town driving would be huge.

The truck gets 30+ mpg at 45 mph and under 25 mpg at 30 mph.

No the only modifiable paramaters in that tool are the Speed Limiter and the Trans. Shift Pressure.
