In-Tune IDX?

Does the new In-Tune IDX work on other vehicles? Is it only for 2011 and up Chrysler, Ram vehicles?
Also do you still have the trade in program for Predators?

I-1000-DCX only supports 2011+ Mopar applications.

and yes there is still a trade-in deal for predators...
