2012 Ram BRICKED!

I received my intune dcx last night and I put a canned Diablo tune in with no problems. I received a custom tune today that i tried to upload. It showed it uploading to 100% and then it showed said an error had happened. It put the device in restore mode and said it would need to load the original package. When i try to load the original package it fails to do so. I can't get past the key sequence and the loading doesn't get past 0%. I can't start my truck either. I've been on hold waiting for technical support on the phone for 1hr and 10minutes.

please post a copy of the info.xml file from the intune drive here, or email it to us at [email protected] please.

try disconnecting the battery.
if it does not start after reconnecting both cables, try letting the tool restore again.

I tried disconnecting the battery for 30 min. Still the same thing. Won't load, won't start.
