Errors trying to tune vehicle

I have a U7193, when I try to tune my '05 Tahoe I get a screen that says the followingduring vehicle data backup: # Script Error # Interpreter stopped press any key

Then it goes to the Vehicle data backup and says:
###Error####
Backup Failure
Error Creating Backup

What is going wrong? I have ordered the PC connection kit to perform an update, it should arrive tomorrow.

don't know if an update's going to fix that... sounds like it may need to be sent in to diablo with those issues...

what revision is it currently on now???

Well the start up menu says GM04 Predator 2.10

About tool says
Software Rev:2.10
Hardware Rev:1.01

aaahh... 2.10... that's ollllllld... you can't update it... those old tools can not do downloadable updates...


so your current options now are:


you can ship it in to diablosport for the upgrade to the last latest version of that predator...

but keep in mind though, that all predator's were discontinued almost a year ago...

OR

you can trade it in to diablo and get a $100 credit towards the purchase of a new inTune programmer from diablo... the inTune is what replaced all predators and has newer updated tunes, more functionality/features than that predator had....
