Help with chip installation

I have a 2002 Ford Diesil F450 and have a chip that has 4Bank onit and the letters IAUH Where and how do I install it and is it right for my truck.

If you dont know what tune is on it, or what it was burned for, you should have it flashed by a CMR dealer for your application before plugging it in.

Where do you find a CMR dealer? I think mine is the Delta chip, came out of my friends truck that was in an accident, same type of truck as mine; Ford F250 Diesel 7.3L 2001
How do I properly install or find someone to do this?
