problem with 2012 wrangler released tunes

kindly be informed that i have 2012 sport wrangler manual export model and facing a problem after installing the tune
no throttle response at all and RPM 500 Idle

I called in to tech support earlier...
My tuner locked me out of performance mode but was in perf93oct + quick tune. Mike (tech) walked me thru a reset and it save my "stock" tune to my t1000 (so I thought). After the reset I went to reload the perf93oct and it is now a DOG! I tried reloading the stock tune and believe my stock tune was overwritten by the perf93oct when it was loaded back into the ecu as the stock tune. Is there a crom from my now corrupted t1000 that I can download?

Would it be best if I called the tech line and asked for you? I have to get this running right. Before the "restore" it was running fantastic I just need to adjust the idle level a little and couldn't get in as it said it was married to an unknown tool. Now it runs worse than stock and Ive tried reloading stock back and forth a couple of time w/o any change...
I have your email from yesterday and will send it right away unless I should call too??

plug it into the vehicle, go to setting/advanced/force cal update, and post the Key here, and I will give you the password to proceed.
