Could someone look at this datalog and try and give me some ideas on how to stay in third gear? It appears that I am in 4th as I cross the traps. Apparently for about 3 seconds. I am also getting some knock at the shifts. Thanks for any help.

you can try raising the shift points, or use auto stick and hold 3rd....

no, a quick blip of knock at the shift is normal, as long as it recovers quickly
