Predator Uninstall/Re-install to new vehicle

Hey guys,
I have the Diablo Sport Predator u7136. I would like to properly uninstall the tuner from my dodge charger, selling the vehicle, and re-install onto my wife's 300. I have heard from people having trouble doing this and the tuner saying it is still "married" to another vehicle.

What is the proper way to uninstall these tuners, to re-install without conflict?

simply restore the original backup to the vehicle it is married to.

I have a similar issue but the car that my U7136 was married to has already been taken to the junkyard "car was totaled out by insurance. I have another charger now and I want to reset my U7136. can anyone help?
