I just got my new intune dcx and I can't load the tune. I get two errors "PCM calibration might need an update." and "The vehicle is not supported, contact diablosport." I have updated the calibration several times and get the same errors. I have a 2012 jeep wrangler. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am dealing with the same issue and Diablo has told me to wait until this afternoon and they should have a fix for it. I have a 2011 Cherokee 5.7

I am having the same issue, on a 2005 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L
I have updated several times, and each time I get the following sequence.
1. I attempt to Write to Vehicle, get the message that 'PCM calibration for VIN# might need an update, check for Calibration Update?'
2. Click the green check to check for an update.
3. Tuner says an update is required
4. Plug into computer, run update, tuner says update is complete
5. Plug back into vehicle, attempt to write
6. Get a message that 'A PCM calibration update has been loaded for this vehicle. It will now be installed'
7. Click continue, and then get the calibration updating, writing tune screen.
8. when the update completes, the tuner reboots, I go back in to install one of the canned tunes, and the whole process starts over.
I have done this at least 5 times, and have not yet been able to install a tune, or access the backup of the stock file that I need to send off to be modified.
Any help would be great, if an actual call would be better, let me know. -Joe

looks like you were sent the wrong tool, its an I-1000-dcx, was it in a black box?

It came in a grey box, Part # in the bottom left of the front 'flap'
It came as part of a Supercharger Kit from Sprintex ( I think BullHide4x4 in Co was the distibutor ). I am just helping out with the electronics end of things.
It looks like I should have an I-1000, not the DCX? If thats the case I will give the vendor a call and get the correct one coming. -Joe

Yes, I-1000 is the correct tool that you need, not the I-1000-DCX model.
Thanks
