2013 mustang gt MT82 Idle problem

Post by 5liter Monsta »

Hey guys, I figured I start my own thread instead of keep thread jacking lol.

I am still having idle issue at least once a day. Usually when the fan kick on my car would shake and the rpm drop down like it's going to stall out then it catches and go back to normal idle. Doesn't happen all the time but like I said it happens at least once a day.

It also does the same sometimes while very slowly coming to a stop or while just sitting and idling.

I checked for leaks and I don't have any. I also tried to raise the rpm to 700(50rpm) but this caused my idle to bounce up and down constantly which at the same time I can hear the engine revving up and down.

Not sure why this is happening other than to suspect the tune. Never had this problem before until the first day I loaded the tune.

can you post the Last tune written?
Also, can you change the idle, then load the last tune written again, so we can see whats happening there?

Also, are you using the update that was released yesterday?

Thanks

thats pretty old, there have been quite a few updates since then, connect it to a PC, let the updater run, then clcik update/check now so it will replace the test files.

So should I reload the tune after update?

That version was actually given to us only about 2 weeks ago from Brian.
