Unable to read vehicle

I installed performance tune on my 07 silverado and in the process of installing it started making a weird noise coming from my fuse box. Now the truck wont start at all. HELP!

will the tool allow you to restore the stock tune to the truck?

No it will not. When I try to restore it the message says, "Unable to read vehicle information"... I also located where the noise is coming from and it is from the powertrain/trans relay. When I remove that relay the noise stops.

is this anew tool, or one you have used in this truck before?

is the tool in recovery mode?

Please try giving us a call with the tool powered up in the truck so we can try to get it recovered.
