Help with U7137 (transmission to tool failed )

Help plz , while updating tool to crom 9r14 the tool gave me file missing or corrupted so i went to the help on DSD and done exactly what it says it works till the mid or less sometimes of the downloading then it stops and give me the message transmission failed i tried on another lao top and it gives me the same , NEED help please am trying this all day and i get the same

this can be a tough one, best bet would be to give us a call with it all hooked up to the PC please.

I am outside us so it will be international call can u provide a number to call or can u solve it without calling ?

open dsdl
click send tune file to tool
select crom
'tool is ready to download', click Yes.
On the next screen, that shows the progress bar and says sending packets, immediately click the red X there and cause the program to crash.
let the tool sit for a minute, it should say 'installing bootloader' on the screen.
from there, open dsdl, and resend the crom file, and it should work.

did that and the same it reaches third green bar then same msg transmission failed

not cable issue i tried 2 cables, and no it doesn't fail at same spot

I tried every thing , now the pc not seeing the tool, i lost the canned tunes and 3 custom tunes, now my predator is useless .....

Id suggest sending the tool in so we can fix it for you.
