Brand New InTune User on MAC

So I just bought a new Intune today.

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 and when I went to plug this device into the truck I received the following message after I turned the Key to the ON position:

PCM Calibration for *****vin number***** might need an update. Check for a Calibration Update?

I click the check button and it tells me:
Please unplug this inTune and then connect it to a PC with internet access (you can unplug this inTune and connect it elsewhere)

I click continue and it returns me to the main menu.

Can someone please suggest what to do about this since I am on a MAC and I am in a catch-22 at the moment?

I went through the other MAC forums on this site and I downloaded this file - InTune-1r03b.itf and installed it on the device via the drag and drop method. I also downloaded all the DBS from the forum to my mac but I am not sure what to do with them...I have not dragged any of them onto the device that appears in my Finder window.

When I go into the Firmware settings on the device (when plugged into my MAC) I see the following:

Application: 1r03b
DCX Tune Db: 1r01b(*)
FORD Tune Db: 1r01j(*)
GM Tune Db: 1r01m(*)
DCX PID Db: 1r01a(*)
FORM PID Db: 1r01a(*)
GM PID Db: 1r01a(*)
DTC Db: 1r01a(*)
VIN Db: 1r01c(ok)
Info Db: 1r01b(*)

After about 5 minutes I see the following:

Application: 1r03b
DCX Tune Db: 1r01b(ok)
FORD Tune Db: 1r01j(*)
GM Tune Db: 1r01m(ok)
DCX PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
FORM PID Db: 1r01a(*)
GM PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
DTC Db: 1r01a(*)
VIN Db: 1r01c(ok)

After about 5 more minutes I see the following:

Is this information correct?

unfortunately, someone forgot to update the update thread. There are newer updates. The DCX update check for the vehicle on a MAC I am not totally sure where to get it. They will be open on Monday.

yeah, since you're trying to use it on a mac, you will need to register and update that intune manually... since the automatic update/registration program is Windows only...

call tech support on monday for the files you need and what you need to do....

Thanks... I went to a friend's house and updated and registered it on a PC. Seems to be working just fine now.
