After installing the intune Diablo - I think it is 89 tune and selecting to disable the MDS
I still can see the "eco" label come on and off at my Jeep Grand Cherokee...

Is the MDS was not disabled or the "eco" label is wrong?

The ECO will always show, MDS on or off. Its not directly related to the MDS. Even if it was, its controlled by the Body Control Module, which the tunes don't touch.

you can disable ECO separately through the vehicle....
