MPG Booster tune tweaks?

What, if any, are the recommended tweaks to the MPG Booster tune for the U7137?
My truck is an 05 Ram 2500 2wd auto with a Hemi. The canned MPG Booster tune is not getting me anything better than stock (high 14s low 15s) after three tanks of 87 octane.

custom tune might help. but it's hard to increase mpg on a 3/4 ton truck.

Yeah, wish I had the tools to do my own custom tune.

you can do a couple tune experiments with me a LOT cheaper than having your own CMR software. used to cost $2,500.00; and it's gone up some recently. $2,800.00 or 3K, not sure exactly.

OUCH! Guess I won't be experimenting with that. Wonder who has a good custom tune for the MPG Booster? Hopefully doesn't cost an arm and a leg, otherwise it defeats the purpose.
