Just installed this update and afterwards going to check current firmware info, then backing out toward the main screen(using the red back arrow) I get to the settings page and it is blank and the unit freezes. Unplug and reboot and all is fine until I repeat the same steps and it freezes again. Cannot get back to main page without rebooting!

Mine is doing the same thing, noticed it yesterday, didn't have a chance to report it yet.

a-HA!! the intune I just had for myself did the same exact thing!! same screen!!

also, if you go to the screen that has the "erase custom tune" option on it.. there's a red arrow at the bottom, but no matter how hard I pressed, it doesn't work, can't scroll down...

and the top button for Firmware Info, have to press HARD to get it to register the touch...

just RMA'd mine today via UPS, it's on its way back to diablosport...

Add one more to the list. Mine does the same thing. I received my inTune tuner a few days ago and updated it to 1r03h before I loaded anything to the trucks ecm/tcm. I should mention that this occurs when tuner is hooked-up to PC. Have to unplug from PC and then plug it back in to re-boot and then it goes to the main page. As far as I can tell it seems to have worked loading the tunes to the ecm/tcm when I attached it to the truck obdII port and installed the 87 octane tune.

Update: also does this same thing when I was plugged in to OBDII port trying to modify tune. when I went to settings then tried to back out to main screen it locked-up and I had to disconnect, then reconnect to clear it.

Came here just to say the same thing. Freezing when backing out of settings.

Same here... Itune freezes...

went to install calibration update. Got to 99%, and asked to do a key cycle. Key off, press green check mark. Fine. Key on (no dash lights came on btw when i turned key on), pressed green check mark. Tool tells me "an error occured loading calibration tune." Dash lights then come back on. Tool recycles and is in recovery mode. Wants to only write calibration tune at this point. Tried about 5-6 times and exact same results

I just recently updated my inTune and when
I went to the TOOL INFO, SETTINGS, FIRMWARE menu
to see the current versions downloaded. When
I went to go back in the menu tree via the back arrow,
it gets as far as the settings screen then locks up.
The display shows the SETTINGS screen but nothing
below to select. Locked up.
This also happens when checking TOOL STATUS
or VEHICLE INFO in the SETTINGS screen.
