i have a powerpuck 1000 i believe, vehicle is 04 dodge cummins. recently i was working on my truck and i accidently ripped a couple of the contacts out of the plug on the module. i reinserted the contacts where they seems to go and truck started running rough and engine like illuminated. is it possible to get a schematic showing the location of the contacts and possibly new contacts in event the existing ones are damaged? and possibly worse case scenario a new harness?

Best bet would be to send it and let us check it out/fix it, I dont have schematics for each harness.

The return authorization states that you must provide a receipt to verify that the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. lets just say it is not under warranty. can i purchase a harness?

receipt is required for warranty coverage, otherwise it will be $99 + shipping for repairs.
Thanks

so no replacement parts available for purchase is what your saying. assuming that the module is fine there is no way i am going to pay $99 plus shipping to put 3 replacement pins in the correct location.
