just got back my Trinity from sending it in. I plugged it in, all seemed fine, (originally on my f150)put the extreme tune on my F250. Now right after that, i get vertical lines on the screen. I've unplugged it, waited for an hour, and plug it into my computer, same thing, then it shuts off. If i dont wait long enough Ill get a flashing green light on the bottom led light. It seems fine again, then the lines pop back up after it being plugged back in. Any ideas I can do from here? It doesn't stay on long when it's plugged into my truck.
I have a edge programmer that helps me monitors egts.

does it do this on the PC as well?
Only in monitoring or on any screen?

What version is the tool on?

It happens plugged in the vehicle or pc. It will turn on, if I try to go into any of the screens it will freeze five me the lines and shut down

Here is a picture of what the screen looks like.(left unplugged all night)
And i just plugged the trinity into my computer, turned on fine, as soon as i touched one off the Arrow keys, it froze up and gave me the screen again.

OK, we will be emailing you a call tag label tomorrow to send the device back for a fix.

I have the same issue but my screen is totally black and the last green light just flashes. I installed it drove a week and loved it. decided to change gears so I but it back to original setting. Got my truck back and again installed it . went for a ride a abs and brake light came on. Tried to change the gears in the trinity and it froze. How can I fix this??
