lost cruise control after tune

Installed Perf CAI 93oct tune to my 06 300C 5.7 & it works fine but now have lost my cruise control function

when I reinstall the factory tune the cruise works fine

try updating to 9r30.

Mine has done the same. I tried to update to the latest crom but it wont work.
