05 GMC Denali 6.0 AWD

I'm stranded rt now! Tried to use the Trinity today & my vehicle shut dwn will not start. I keep getting a message that says its unable to restore backup error 4. Truck is married in Demo & will not start now. Vehicle is stranded until I get help with this & ran excellent prior to tryn to add the programer. PLEASE HELP!!

Try disconnecting the negative battery cable briefly. Make sure to disable any and all aftermarket electric/electronic accessories.

Thanks for the reply. I tried disconnecting the battery and radio once again and after about 2hrs it still does the same thing. Dash reading-reduced engine power,engine coolant hot & it hasn't even been running in 2days! Anything else i can do????

Try to use the Trinity and see if there is any codes, if there is try to clear the codes.
