Ford Diablosport v3.1 1 bank chip

I just removed the ECU from my 1995 Mustang GT, to my surprise, it has Ford Diablosport v3.1 chip installed in it. It is tuned to my current application, but I am planning a few upgrades, and will need a new tune. Is this chip still supported? I'm not familiar with anything diablosport. I'd like to know more about this thing.
Please help
It is a 1 bank chip, and under the v3.1, it says 2/01

I have a F7046 delta chip that needs programmed. I have a 95 mustang GT. Do you have a list of dealers that support this chip? Is the burner available for purchase?

this is old stuff, at one point there were 100s of dealers using these chips and burners, but few seem to still use or have them these days.
