I just bought Friday an Intune for my 2005 duramax lly and want to upgrade to Trinity. I restored the truck to Factory and it still shows my VIN. I went to 4wheel parts in WPB and they won't exchange it. What can I do?

Pretty sure YOU need to contact the company you purchased the unit from and work things out with them. A similar issue happened a while back with a different vendor and DS said you had to work things out. The company you bought it from should honor the DS warranty and return policy....Good Luck.

I can't believe it! 4 wheel Parts just called me and said that you guys called them and resolved my issue. With all of the tech companies out there today, this is the type of service that makes the difference and keeps customers coming back.
