In-Tune Reset

I have an I-1000 and it fails to do the calibration everytime I try to install it on the vehicle. sometimes it's showing the "recovery mode" and sometimes it's asking for a reset along with some codes. I have the codes with me so should I post them here so I can get a new password to reset the device?

do the recovery again, but leave the key on at the end when it asks for the key cycles, just click the check marks and it should finish.

didn't work...
when trying to do a recovery it fails. and when trying to do reset it keeps providing key and asking for password.

did you try leaving the key in the run position, which clicking the check marks on the intune for key off/on?

Same issue here....sitting in my car for hours trying to figure this out. I've never been so frustrated lol

this is my 3rd not working in-tune. and have them all sitting doing nothing. the 1st 2 from the 1st dispatch. called DS asking for a solution and they told me to ship em back to get a replacement while I'm on the other side of the planet and shipping them back will cost a fortune. I dunno why did DS replace the predator which was zero problems. and the in-tune is doing the same exact job of the predator. I wish they'd return the predator back to save us the hassle. but looks like it's a matter of money where they save more and we pay more for devices that have as many problem as you can imagine.

He says intune is in recovery mode. continue? put yes and then say the original back up and does not work please help

what happens when you let it try to restore the stock tune in the vehicle?
does the vehicle start and run?

the inttune just tells me to wait and nothing happens and it doesn't let me change the settings and the car starts and runs
