Throttle boost

I have a 2012 challenger srt-8 . I have taken out the stock mufflers and installed flowmaster super 44's. I have a CAI and I just installed the 93 tune with the programmer. I am wondering what I should set the throttle boost at? I have it maxed out right now and I do not have a good take off in the car. It seems like it wants to just fall in it's face before it takes off. What do you recommend I set it too? And also may car lags before it shifts into second gear. I had a 2010 challenger srt-8 and I was running all the same settings with the intune in that car and it seemed much better than my new car. I am trying to get as much HP with this new intune DCX programmer. Can you recommend what setting I should be using to achieve this?

auto or manual?
did you try the tune before you maxed out the throttle boost?

I have an Automatic. No I just installed the tune all at one time. I have tryed to lover it to 5% , 10% , and 15% and no difference.
