Cooling Fan Running Excessively

Just loaded the Diablo Tune onto my 11 Challenger Srt8. Increased the throttle boost by +10. Car is truly alive now! I noticed my cooling fan seems to never stop running even from a cold start. Is this normal? What exactly is adjusted in the Diablo Tune? I'm new to this so I hate to sound repetitive if these questions have already been answered.

I have asked this same question about the fans in the predator forum for my 09. Diablosport lowers the fan temp settings and you can go to the modify stock tune option and see what they are set at and modify the fans to the stock settings if you like. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info, wondering is their a reason for them lowering the fan setting? Don't want to damage my car by changing them.

Do you still need to change your thermostat in your radiator (180 deg)?

no, the tunes are set up for the stock stat.

WOW!! That's pretty cool...I was told the actual thermostat needed to be changed in order for the tunes fan setting to have full effect. Thanks for the prompt reply!
