Lost 5th and 6th gear and no speedometer response

Hello,
So this morning I tried a few adjustments, but got some scary results. I have a 2012 Challenger RT 6-spd.
If I try to do a quick adjust with either the 91 or 93 tune some bad things happen, These are the items I am changing; the throttle boost +5%, tire size adjust 245/45/r20 and WOT +2% in all three bands. Once I do this I lose my speedometer functionality along with the ability to use 5th or 6th gear. I think it is the throttle boost doing it. I have adjusted the tire size and WOT without the throttle boost and I do not lose the speedo and gears.
Has anyone seen something like this?
I went back to factory tune, then installed the 93 tune without any adjustments. All is well now, but would like to have some of these adjustments stick.
