91 Octane Performance CAI on 5.7 hemi

So i have the air box silencer removed and a k&n full flow filter installed in the airbox. The hole on bottom of airbox is 3 inches in diameter.
Can I get away with 91 Octane Performance CAI tune? 5.7 hemi, 4800 ft elevation.

Probably not, but try it and log to find out for sure.
