Technical support

I am in California and we are 3 hours behind you in Florida. I initiated a call this morning because I was programming my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT and the Trinity showed and ERROR. It will not even load the original back-up and the car is dead in the garage. I told the Tech Mike this morning I would call back when I got home at 230PM California time which is 530pm Florida time. Well I called in at 525 Florida time and have been on HOLD now for more then 90 MINUTES! WTF! You are suppose to be open till 6!

This is some customer care.

I just put in a cold air intake.can u show me step by step how to tune it to 91octane

For the record Mike stepped up and my situation was handled very professionally the very next day. Thank you Mike.
